Trying to Add an Image for Soldier of The Horse which I have saved on my computer

Have have saved an image of Robert W. Mackay's Soldier of The Horse (Touchwood Editions) but cannot seem to add it to the image of the book in my "Read" shelf!
Thanks for your adding photos point form help, which I hope soon to receive.
