King Paymon laughed "You know nothing boy, you are useless to her and to your brother. He will die you know. I will dispose of him but first him and i have more killing to do" he said with an evil grin.

Matthew hissed. "His body might die, but his spirit will live. And wow, using my own self pity against me. Generic demon. King Paymon roared with laughter. "You know what ill make a deal with you boy,since i like your spirit instand of you can trade places with your brother and you sell me your soul. What do you say?" From what Paymon has learned from Dustan's memories his brother is a physical demon and could be more of use to him then this one.
Matthew shook his head. Paymon would hurt more people with him easily, mostly because Dustans mind was almost impossible to crack. You can barely even use telepathy if you were somehow able to control his mind. Dustan wasnt a lower demon. His body was, but not his mind, soul. That was at an extremely high level. "I'd have to decline, Paymon."
King Paymon laughed "So you let them die at your hands. Dont believe your brothers mind cannot be unlocked because it wasn't that hard at all, boy. How do you think i accessed his memories. His soul however he must give me willingly.That could be change if i say ill kill you...he'll give up everything to me."
Matthew snorted, not affected by the death threat. "Dustan isnt stupid. Besides, when we were kids, we went to an archdemon. We put a seal on each other, one of us dies we both die. Sweet relief from this hell hole anyways. Wake up in another life. Start over." he said, seeing that he was irritating Paymon by his refusal to be afraid of death. The twins actually embraced it.
King Paymon said "Oh you mean that little seal ..i broke it..It seems the archdemon you knew was one of my legion. image you luck." Ruthless smile hung among his face.
Matthew rubbed his forehead, the picture of fed up. "Look, Paymon. You have a complex to be all powerful am I correct. Scaring and tormenting or other ruthless things. This is really starting to piss me off you know. Its getting a little tiring. Kill us, dont kill us." he spread his arms wide, exaggerating the air between in. "This is all the fucks I give."
King Paymon laughed again. "Yes, i like your spirit very much. Do i sense you falling in love with her?Poor boy, she'll never care nor return it to you."
Matthew glared. "Again, enough. Do you have anything other than the pain of others?" he answered his own question. "Thats right, you dont. I would almost feel bad for you, yet then I remember you hurt so many close to me."
King Paymon looked at the boy and raised an eyebrow. "When you learn more about your history, then you will not be so bold as to speak to me in such a way" he said with a low growl. "I'll be watching" he said with a smile.Then glanced at Jade Soon Jade he thought then left Dustan's body.Dustan fell to the ground, weak and helpless.
Matthew rolled his eyes. "Ohhh, now someone gets defensive." he muttered and waited for his brother to raise his head to see his eyes.
Dustan looked at his brother, eyes blazing bright as ever. He gave a shaky smile. "Nice talking your way out of that." Matthew knelt next to him with a smile. "Nice to have you back at least. I believe we're losing this battle, brother."
Dustan shrugged and sprawled on the ground, exhausted. "Me too, that demon is really getting under my nerves. Someone better put him in his place soon." he said then thought of something. "Maybe we should call dad, hed want to know whats going on. And maybe be could tell Grell about everything." he suggested.

Nox flew in, trying to find where everyone had gotten to. Seeing them there he called Sera telepathically to come.

Matthew helped his brother up and sat him in a chair carefully, "Youre pretty banged up, need any healing?" he asked, concerned.
Dustan swayed in his seat but shook his head. He may be bruised and bleeding from slash wounds, but not enough to waste his brothers energy. Merely minor. Then he turned his head to the door. "Sera?"
Matthew silently took his place in the chair beside Jades bed.

Sera stood just inside the doorway, not too sure what do. She noted Dustan's wounded appearance and turned to Matthew. "What's happened?" She asked Matthew. "How's...?" She glanced at Dustan and then looked back at Matthew again.
All the while she sent healing energy to Dustan, focusing on that more than what she was saying. Sera knew that Matthew had already offered to heal Dustan but he had declined, Sera wasn't offering, she was determind to heal him, but gave her attention to Matthew to counter-act her actions for worry of why it was that she was healing Dustan in the first place and also of what Nox would say.

Sera nodded and moved to lean against the wall, she couldn't show that she was feeling more tired, it would give things away. If she had contact with Dustan she would be fine, but as the energy was lost in parts over distance more was needed to get the job done.

Dustans eyes drooped and turned to Sera, who was falling asleep as well. He smiled. "So you healed me." he said through no longer bruised lips as her healing started working on other cuts.

Matthew stood and pulled a random blanket out of the mess that was Adams room. He lay one over his brother, and another over Sera.

Sera began to stir, clinging on to sleep and her dreams, she wasn't ready to wake up yet, she didn't want to let her dreams go and be faced with the harsh reality of life.

"Yes, I'm awake, thank you for noticing," Sera said sarcastically. "Sorry," she got up and stretched, sleeping on the floor with your back against the wall wasn't a good idea. "Do you need to sleep?" She asked Matthew.
