Is this a real book, real author or a joke?

Whilst trolling for existential psychotherapy books I came across this http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...

I can find no trace of this book on the net. The author has a private blog elsewhere and is almost certainly the Goodreads user EmilyHeath. The comments on this "book" look like a joke to me. But I could be wrong and so I leave it to more experienced librarians than myself to pronounce upon. Thank you.

I agree, Petra. I also could find no evidence of such a book or author, and it certainly seemed like a joke. (The book was added by the friend of the "author", and the only "review" was the "author"'s reply.)
