xD This one time, we had a sub for Spanish who spoke Portuguese and she just decided to speak to us in Portuguese for the entire class, and it was weird, since we could understand her.

Me: I can understand it fine, but it's hard to speak it properly because I have to separate it from my instinctive Salvadoran Spanish accent. Also words differ by like one stupid letter and it's just agh.

Me: And pronunciation of different letters. She spoke Brazilian Portuguese, so it sounded somewhere in between French and Spanish.
