Awesome! What is the format?

Me: Aha! So you mean like this?
Persephone: Hello everybody?
Persephone: Hello everybody?

So we were asking the middle schoolers what they thought an observation was (for Schrodinger's cat) and someone said, "It's like when you're watching people from a tree house." and then..."
Me: Hahhahahahahhahaha :P
Yay! Finally figured it out!
Is this an appropriate place to ask questions?

Me: and then when I came ut of the box, someone was like, "Were you in there the whole time?!" and I was like, "Yeah, I was in there obs--judging you."
I think there's a questions topic, but here is fine.

Great. How do you get a roley-play topic? What is something I could do now I am a student?
That was meant to be "role-play." Ahem.
Me: remember the format.
If you look at any of the RP topics (Maurader's Map (Castle/Grounds/Classes) and any of the topics) there are people who RP one of their characters in the third person, past tense.

Me: (to myself) Must remember format!
Me: (to Iviana) Ok! So I can just join in? Have my character start doing stuff?

Me: you could set one up with someone. If you post randomly, there's an off chance you won't get a reply.
Me: Ok!
Persephone: Ok!
(double approval! :D)

Me: Erm...how does one set up a role-play thingamajig?
Me: Ask someone. ^_^ usually, we just pose the question "Anyone want to RP?" and someone's bound to respond eventually. Then you pick a place and get started.

Me: I'm about to post on the library thread. I tried to ask the character Logan to RolePlay, but haven't heard back. While it'll be a lonely post, it'll be my first!
*is struck by thought*
Also Me: Wait, wait! Would you RolePlay with me? Who are your characters?

Me: Oh, I don't like it when authors go overboard with stuff like that. :/

@Anastasia - Be patient! xD Sure :) I have Dena in Ravenclaw, Ingrid in Slytherin, Finn in Hufflepuff, and Kip in Gryffindor. Check out their character descriptions and pick which one you want me to play :)
Me: I don't think I've seen any shows that are based off books. Speaking of fantasy, I went to go talk with my counsellor the other day (it took, no joke, ninety minutes to get in. I got the call slip to come down at the beginning of the block and didn't leave until after morning announcements (start of second block). I didn't realise I could leave and come back, so I missed Monty Python :[ ) to talk to her about this schedule mishap, and I saw that I'm going to be in Modern Fairytales next semester and I'm really excited. :)
Awesome! Thanks Whim! Sorry about the general impatience...
Me: Hi Whimsicality, I've had a look and I think I'd like to Roleplay with Finn. Is this ok? Thanks, by the way!

Me: ahhhhhhhhhHHHHH!!!! Really!!!! I'm excited for you, that sounds like such an amazing class ^_^
Hey Anastasia, I'll post now :)

Whimsicality wrote: "Me: AWESOME :D I'm actually soooo jealous that you go to an arts school, I wish we had a Modern Fairytales class. Neil Gaiman is probably the god of that class and his books the Bible :P"
Me: the same teacher taught an author study in Neil Gaiman. Without a doubt we'll be reading some Gaiman. :3
D: *glomps Van* I hate homework.
I've been drifting n and out of consciousness for the past two hours. ;n;

Me: So we're doing these research projects in AP World on GMOs and there's this one article that makes me want to scream ;n;

So today I went on an intercity hiking trip with my friend and we fully walked on an abandoned railway track that serves as a fake bridge. And met a bunny ^_^

Me: it's just this super biased, anti-GMO article. Like, even the definition of genetic engineering is biased. -_-*
That looks amazing. :D
That looks amazing. :D

That being said, I absolutely loathe it when the misinformed use their ignorance in ways like that. It's unfair to the readers and to the people that they blame. But after the units we did on journalism we learned that all journalists have to lie their way through their work, especially for opinion pieces, and that's depressing as well :(
IKR!!! It was sooo scary, though, because it's half a mile up, and there was a strong wind, and big gaps between the wooden planks.
Whimsicality wrote: "Me: Ahh. Well. There is a substantial amount of evidence against GMOs, but if the article is just blaring on about how awful they are (by generalizing them) that's incredibly annoying. GMOs could a..."
Me: Exactly my opinion. Ugh. It wasn't even that well written (when you bold portions of your essay, you know you're doing a bad job -_-) ugh. And then we had a Monsanto thing, which wasn't much better.
That's really terrible. >_< ugh.
O.o that's definitely something I'll never be doing.

Euuurgh. Well, you should be very proud of the fact that you're quite a few years younger than the idiots writing the stupid articles and you know so much better.
It was fun! I'm not even afraid of heights but every time I saw between the gaps I nearly fainted. Biggest sense of accomplishment ever upon reaching the end :P
Me: my English teacher would love that. XD
Also, there was this terrible image attached of this woman taking a syringe and injecting corn, and she's not wearing any goggles and my immediate reaction was, "How can you not wear goggles when it's literally the first thing teachers say in labs?"
Also, here's the article: communities.washingtontimes.com/neigh... He's got a few okay points. There was one point where he was talking about more science needing it be done or whatever, and I thought I could start to get behind him, and then he misused a comma and I just quit trying to agree with him after that.
That's awesome. :3 I think I have a slight fear of heights? Not entirely sure though. ;n;

Me: SHE LOST THE GOGGLE GAME sorry.
In my class, if you take off your goggles during a lab someone rats you out and they get ATOMs (extra credit) and you lose your ATOMs.
Hiii~

Me: xD When I was in regular chem, my teacher would assign us positions, and one of them was goggle Nazi, and they were supposed to remind people to keep their goggles on, because my teacher yelled at anyone who didn't. Yep.
