I got new flat shoes for ballet and I was cutting the elastic, but, being stupid, I undid the knot after I'd cut it because I wanted to redo it (there was still a sizable amount of elastic left so I figured it wouldn't be so bad) and it fell into the shoe. ;n; I mean, it's okay because that foot's slightly larger than the other but still.

Me: I'm not sure what that means D: I don't think I've ever bothered with flat shoes ;_; sorry. I always got mine precut. It was the darned pointe shoes that took ages to break in properly.

Me: Also, IDEA. I think I'd like for Ingrid to have had a ten-year crush on Cecil just because I love the idea of her and unrequited love. Of course, she would keep denying it to herself - to her it's not even a crush, it's just a weird little feeling that she gets when she sees him. So when she was younger, she acted out towards him by pulling a little pranks, as little kids with crushes are wont to do, but Cecil takes it seriously/not as a crush and retaliates, and Ingrid basically never grows out of the little-kid-hate-crush phase because she's never admitted it to her. Also I love that someone so spoiled and bratty has actually been hurting for a long time because she's miraculously enough the only girl at Hogwarts he hadn't flirted with, and so it's a big source of insecurity for her. But again, she's not in touch with her feelings at all, so she has no idea that she feels that way for him ... but she does. ^_^ You like?
