To clarify my drawing, because we didn't really cover bond angles much, all the CH3's are tetrahedral, as well as the C-C's (including the ring?), and then that bit with the oxygen is linear? Because I'm going to have to build this thing.

SORRY SORRY SORRY. it's 2,6-di-tert-butyl-6-methylphenol.

CH3's would be tetrahedral. The ring is technically a circle, so don't worry about that. Just draw it as an equilateral hexagon with alternating double bonds. The bit with the oxygen would be bent, because it has two lone pairs. It's like the H2O.
