So I read it and every single pet name he called her made me think of Cecil, and I don't know if you were going for that or not, but he's currently screaming in the back of my head.

Both of which called her pet names, except Cecil is a pureblood and her father is a Muggle. So there's this tug-of-war going on inside her that's being emphasised by the use of the pet names by her killer, a man she ultimately hates - does she hate the purebloods or the Muggles for causing this? The thing that made me sob was the fact that I could (and still can) here her screaming as I wrote that entire f/cking scene. It was awful.
