Right? For math extra credit, my friend had to read this Rene Decard book and for every chapter, she had to summarize it in a paragraph. I don't think it ever occured to her to use Sparknotes until I told her after she finished. XD

Watson: No, I know you're for real.
Holmes: One hundred percent.
Watson: Nobody can fake being such an annoying d/ck all the time."

Me: XDXDXD SO MUCH LAUGHING. Also I "awww'd" when Sherlock was saying who his friends were. :3 <3 John and Mrs. Hudson and Lestrade and Molly.
xD I imagine so. It's not really about a single thing. It's short poem-like stories that describe the author, a Latina, growing up in Chicago, who wants to leave all that behind and do greater things. I like it because I can relate to her ideas a lot.

Me: Sparknotes is a guide to a book. It gives you summaries, analysis on things, etc. It's really helpful for book reports.

Me: It sounds uber useful. Have you guys read the new Kane Chronicles books?
Me: Nope. Sorry. I never really got into that series.
Also, am I the only one who's noticing the decline in Riorden's writing? It's getting worse.

Me: I thought it was that I was less interested in his books. I haven't really gotten into Son of Neptune, or Throne of Fire.
That (certainly not awkward) moment when you look for your pencil everywhere and notice that it's in your book.

Me: His plot is still fine. It's just that his writing is turning crappy.
I HATE WHEN THAT HAPPENS.

ME: RIGHT. OH GOD. I dropped my pencil once when I was working on my bed, and it fell under neath my lap desk where I couldn't see it, so I got out of bed, got a new pencil, and then found the other one. -_-
