Two previously published poems of mine went up on the Bridlepath Press website this morning. Ode to the Toothpick and Luftwaffe. http://www.bridlepathpress.com/PoetsC...

Carol | 10410 comments Your poem gives Luftwaffe a whole other meaning. The storm is a weapon that causes decimation . I liked it.

In praise of the humble toothpick. I will see a toothpick and smell the box with images you brought forth. How do you do it?

Thank you for sharing and congratulations

Thanks, Kitty. Damned if I know how I do it. And a lot of times I pick up the pencil and I don't.

Carol | 10410 comments I bet you could make eating Cheerios into a poem. Heehee!

Hmm. Should I give it a try?

message 6: by Carol (new)

Carol | 10410 comments Why not I was eating them when I posted my comment, so that was the first thing that came to mind.

Believe it or not, Kitty, sometimes that's the best way to start a poem. Just start with the first thing that comes to mind.

And you eat breakfast even later than I do!

Carol | 10410 comments This was unusual for me to eat so late. I was busy. Again thank you for sharing those poems, I am honored that you share with us.

I can't wait to see what your contribution is to "Wait a minute while I take off my bra"!!!!

As for the two under discussion in this thread.....A+ from this teacher :-)

Nice. Even nicer to see previously published works printed anew!
