I am still in Maine with John Irving's The Cider House Rules; still in New York with the Lakeside Cottage by Susan Wiggs, and in New England (Massachusetts) Vanished by Mary McGarry Morris

Actually I am in Washington (state) in Lakeside Cottage. Since it is a series, I presumed that it was the same lake (it isn't) and that the characters would be from the same town and/or family (they aren't). Go figure. Also still in Derbyshire England in Val McDermid's A Place of Execution, and still in Maine in Irving's The Cider House Rules.
