(( "I have always imagined that Paradise will be some kind of library." - Jorge Luis Borges. *with that Dawn runs into the library, coming to sit down at a table two hours later with an armful of about twenty books.))
((It's so prettiful!!!))
Sherihan walked into the library and sighed contently. Finally, she felt that she was surrounded by her own kin.

EJ is already sitting in a corner by himself, contented. A large stack of blue, green, red, and golden books litters the table with titles as strange and bizarre as: "The Complete History of Helga Hufflepuff"; "How to Train a Snake"; "Falconry for Dummies"; and "The Mythology in Europe: Gryphon Edition."((yes, I went all harry potter on this))
He picked up a fifth book from the shelf entitled: How to Kill Mythological Creatures from Greece to Japan. This could be useful if they turn out to be real.
((Nice touch with the HP!))
Sherihan ran to the fiction shelves to check if there was anything new from her favourite authors. As usual, the latest books were all there. She clapped her hands in delight as she saw a copy of Bloodlines on the shelf.

His photo-graphic memory((not real unfortunately)) kicked in and he added the books he read to his mental library. He flipped page after page, sipping up every word, every sentence, every idea.
Lexa went straight to the statistics section and grabbed a whole heap of books about serial killings and murders, she found a nook in the back of the library and curled up and started to read
EJ went to grab a new book and saw an interesting title: The Secret Door. He pulled it out, but it didn't budge. He pulled harder and it tipped forwards, opening up to a dark creepy passageway.
Lexa heard a strange sound coming from one of the bookshelves close to her. She had absolutely no idea what it was but the Sherlock Holmes inside her needed to find out.
He looked inside and saw damp, stone walls, nearly dungeon-like in appearance. Sconces on the walls were lit with a light yellow flame. Shadows leaped and hid when the light went over them. The passage led far down and took a turn. He didn't know if he should go.
Lexa finally found where the sound had come from and appeared behind this guy who was looking down the passage.
I padded barefoot behind Lexa, curious. I saw the secret passage, and curiosity burned even brighter within me. "I wonder what's in there..."
"I wouldn't have a clue" Lexa said, not even flinching.
I smiled. "Hi. I'm Mysterie." I tiptoed to the doorway and peered inside. "It's creepy in there..."
"Lexa" she replied stoicly. "It isnt creepy, its cool and normal"
I looked at her. "Says you. I'm new here."
"Huh, you are new. what year are you going into??" with a half smirk on her face
"Tenth. I transferred here this morning, and they haven't got my scedule figured out yet. Apparently my previous education was more eccentric than they had expected."
"Nice work, but im in tenth too"
"Cool." I smiled at her. "Maybe we'll have some of the same classes."
((g2g))
((g2g))
"Maybe, what dorm number are you?"
((cyaaa))
((cyaaa))
((last post))
I shrugged. "I haven't gotten my dorm, either...."
I shrugged. "I haven't gotten my dorm, either...."
((morning! Or, afternoon actually XD))
"Totally."
"Totally."
"Well, are we going to check out? Jinkies! There might be a clue," he said copying Velma from Scooby-Doo.
I giggled, smiling. "Ruh-uh. Rary."
I smiled up at him. "I like Scooby. He's a silly dog."
"Except a talking dog who eats people food."
"Velma was the best. Nice impersonation" Lexa said, "Splitting up never ever works, classic example; AVP"
"Alien Versus Predator, one of the awesomest movies ever" She replied exasperately
"I don't watch movies a lot. I was lucky to get to watch Scooby-Doo..."
"That sukks, im sorry, but Scooby-Doo is preety awesome" Lexa half smiled
I smiled. "It's ok. I had lots of books to read, so I was never bored."
I looked up at her. "So, do you wanna go in?"
"Lets go" Lexa said and grabbed a torch that was hanging just inside. "Always know where the person behind and in front of you is, if yu absolutely must, hold the shoulder of the person in front"
I nodded. "Ok." I followed close behind her, letting my eyes adjust to the gloom.
"Don't forget that other guy, if he wants to come" She whispered back to her, and started walking further and further into the passage.
"Oh, yeah! And we'll need a trail back, too!" I pulled a ball of yarn from my bag and tied the loose end to a sconce at the entrance, then followed her, letting the yarn trail behind me.
