βεℓℓα のαωη (( "I have always imagined that Paradise will be some kind of library." - Jorge Luis Borges. *with that Dawn runs into the library, coming to sit down at a table two hours later with an armful of about twenty books.))

Kübra ℂ⋆ (khadija_kubraa) ((my kind of heaven!!))

message 4: by [deleted user] (new)

((It's so prettiful!!!))

Sherihan walked into the library and sighed contently. Finally, she felt that she was surrounded by her own kin.

message 5: by E.J. (new)

E.J. (ejschoenborn) EJ is already sitting in a corner by himself, contented. A large stack of blue, green, red, and golden books litters the table with titles as strange and bizarre as: "The Complete History of Helga Hufflepuff"; "How to Train a Snake"; "Falconry for Dummies"; and "The Mythology in Europe: Gryphon Edition."
((yes, I went all harry potter on this))

message 6: by V (new)

V Nice..............just........nice.))

message 7: by E.J. (new)

E.J. (ejschoenborn) He picked up a fifth book from the shelf entitled: How to Kill Mythological Creatures from Greece to Japan.

This could be useful if they turn out to be real.

βεℓℓα のαωη ((Ha, cool. :D Now I kinda want to read HP...))

message 9: by [deleted user] (new)

((Nice touch with the HP!))

Sherihan ran to the fiction shelves to check if there was anything new from her favourite authors. As usual, the latest books were all there. She clapped her hands in delight as she saw a copy of Bloodlines on the shelf.

message 10: by E.J. (new)

E.J. (ejschoenborn) His photo-graphic memory((not real unfortunately)) kicked in and he added the books he read to his mental library. He flipped page after page, sipping up every word, every sentence, every idea.

message 11: by [deleted user] (new)

Lexa went straight to the statistics section and grabbed a whole heap of books about serial killings and murders, she found a nook in the back of the library and curled up and started to read

message 12: by E.J. (new)

E.J. (ejschoenborn) EJ went to grab a new book and saw an interesting title: The Secret Door.
He pulled it out, but it didn't budge. He pulled harder and it tipped forwards, opening up to a dark creepy passageway.

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

Lexa heard a strange sound coming from one of the bookshelves close to her. She had absolutely no idea what it was but the Sherlock Holmes inside her needed to find out.

message 14: by E.J. (new)

E.J. (ejschoenborn) He looked inside and saw damp, stone walls, nearly dungeon-like in appearance. Sconces on the walls were lit with a light yellow flame. Shadows leaped and hid when the light went over them. The passage led far down and took a turn. He didn't know if he should go.

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

Lexa finally found where the sound had come from and appeared behind this guy who was looking down the passage.

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

I padded barefoot behind Lexa, curious. I saw the secret passage, and curiosity burned even brighter within me. "I wonder what's in there..."

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

"I wouldn't have a clue" Lexa said, not even flinching.

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

I smiled. "Hi. I'm Mysterie." I tiptoed to the doorway and peered inside. "It's creepy in there..."

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

"Lexa" she replied stoicly. "It isnt creepy, its cool and normal"

message 20: by [deleted user] (new)

I looked at her. "Says you. I'm new here."

message 21: by [deleted user] (new)

"Huh, you are new. what year are you going into??" with a half smirk on her face

message 22: by [deleted user] (new)

"Tenth. I transferred here this morning, and they haven't got my scedule figured out yet. Apparently my previous education was more eccentric than they had expected."

message 23: by [deleted user] (new)

"Nice work, but im in tenth too"

message 24: by [deleted user] (new)

"Cool." I smiled at her. "Maybe we'll have some of the same classes."

((g2g))

message 25: by [deleted user] (new)

"Maybe, what dorm number are you?"

((cyaaa))

message 26: by [deleted user] (new)

((last post))

I shrugged. "I haven't gotten my dorm, either...."

message 27: by [deleted user] (new)

"oh, that sukks"

message 28: by [deleted user] (new)

((morning! Or, afternoon actually XD))

"Totally."

message 29: by E.J. (new)

E.J. (ejschoenborn) "Well, are we going to check out? Jinkies! There might be a clue," he said copying Velma from Scooby-Doo.

message 30: by [deleted user] (new)

I giggled, smiling. "Ruh-uh. Rary."

message 31: by E.J. (new)

E.J. (ejschoenborn) "As long as we don't split up, that never works out for anyone," he smiled.

message 32: by [deleted user] (new)

I smiled up at him. "I like Scooby. He's a silly dog."

message 33: by E.J. (new)

E.J. (ejschoenborn) "He is rather silly, but my favorite was always Velma."

message 34: by [deleted user] (new)

"Velma is my third favorite."

message 35: by E.J. (new)

E.J. (ejschoenborn) "Who's your second?"

message 36: by [deleted user] (new)

"Shaggy."

message 37: by E.J. (new)

E.J. (ejschoenborn) "Nothing like a dog food eating hippie."

message 38: by [deleted user] (new)

"Except a talking dog who eats people food."

message 39: by [deleted user] (new)

"Velma was the best. Nice impersonation" Lexa said, "Splitting up never ever works, classic example; AVP"

message 40: by [deleted user] (new)

"AVP? Who's that?"

message 41: by [deleted user] (new)

"Alien Versus Predator, one of the awesomest movies ever" She replied exasperately

message 42: by [deleted user] (new)

"I don't watch movies a lot. I was lucky to get to watch Scooby-Doo..."

message 43: by [deleted user] (new)

"That sukks, im sorry, but Scooby-Doo is preety awesome" Lexa half smiled

message 44: by [deleted user] (last edited Oct 07, 2011 12:46AM) (new)

I smiled. "It's ok. I had lots of books to read, so I was never bored."

message 45: by [deleted user] (new)

"Thats good" She nodded back

message 46: by [deleted user] (new)

I looked up at her. "So, do you wanna go in?"

message 47: by [deleted user] (new)

"Lets go" Lexa said and grabbed a torch that was hanging just inside. "Always know where the person behind and in front of you is, if yu absolutely must, hold the shoulder of the person in front"

message 48: by [deleted user] (new)

I nodded. "Ok." I followed close behind her, letting my eyes adjust to the gloom.

message 49: by [deleted user] (new)

"Don't forget that other guy, if he wants to come" She whispered back to her, and started walking further and further into the passage.

message 50: by [deleted user] (new)

"Oh, yeah! And we'll need a trail back, too!" I pulled a ball of yarn from my bag and tied the loose end to a sconce at the entrance, then followed her, letting the yarn trail behind me.
