Lori hit the cover lottery on this entire series! I loved this book!!

Just downloaded it on my kindle. I havent read anything by Lori Foster before but from what i've read here i cant wait to get started...

Anna wrote: "Just downloaded it on my kindle. I havent read anything by Lori Foster before but from what i've read here i cant wait to get started..."You won't be disappointed Anna.......I have just about all her book on my keeper shelf......there are so many great books by her.
~~Bookworm~~● wrote: "I haven't read it but the cover sure does look YUM-MY!"Oh you should read it! Have you read any LF books? She's one of my fav's....good reading if you like Alpha Males :)
No. I've never read any of her stuff before. But I'll have to check this out. And even my inner feminisist doesn't bark at an alpha male. LOOOOOOOOVE THEM :).

Ok...I'm giving her a try but I downloaded

from the Buckhorn Brothers series. It seems short so I'll see how I like it and her :).

That is so funny.....That is the ONLY series I have not read because it's not in print any more and I don't have an e-reader yet (working on that) but.....they are being rereleased in book format the first 2 come out in one book on 10/25/11. I have heard really great reviews on that series, can't wait to get it!!

I know that Amazon sell's the Buckhorn Brothers in a bundle is that what you got? I did not see the single books? I hope you like it....

~~Bookworm~~● wrote: "I only got the single. I hate the bundle deals with new authors. I'm just a little cautious."Gotcha....let me know when you finish what you think, I can't give a rating or opinion on that series (yet) but I LOVE all her other books, I am anxious to get your review!
Ok...from the first couple of pages, it reminds me of Lauren Dane's Chase Brother series...another group of yummy brothers. There are four in both series.

If you're reading Lori's Buckhorn Brothers you're in for a real treat. They're a lot different from her Men Who Walk the Edge of Honor series, but every bit as yummy! You can't go wrong with most of her books. She has a knack for creating irresistible alpha males and close-knit families.

Do it Dorsey...you will loooove them. Kyle and Shane were my favorite two brothers :). Yummmmmmmmmy!

~~Bookworm~~● wrote: "Do it Dorsey...you will loooove them. Kyle and Shane were my favorite two brothers :). Yummmmmmmmmy!"Well.... now how am I suppose to resist that!? Damn too many books and not enough money to spend on them...wish my family would give up eating or something LOL.... Wish my grocery budget was my book budget!
Lauren Dane's Chase Brothers are some of the BEST! Whew, those boys are steamy. My faves are Shane and Matt!

LOL...if you have the Kindle app on your PC I could loan my copies to. They are delicious.
Tammy, don't you think Marc and Liv's story lacked the conflict that the other ones had. It was still good but I enjoyed the conflict and tension in the others.
Dorsey, I don't think you'll be disappointed. I can't imagine someone not love the Chase Brothers! I get a little giddy just thinking about them. Mmmmm
Bookworm, I know exactly what you mean about Marc and Liv's story. It seriously lacked the emotional punch that was so much a part of the other books. To be honest, I barely remember their story.

Me either...the punch was definitely missing. Have you got around to reading LD's Brown Siblings series?
Dorsey...I am sure your hubby can move Christmas up by two months, right? :)
I read LD's Inside Out -- that's the 3rd book in the Brown Siblings series, right? I can't decide if I want to read Adrian's story next or start from the beginning. I was confused by all the "E" names at first! LOL

Oh gawd, Adrian's story was horrible. Never Enough (Adrian's story) and Once and Again (the Petal GA) were both horribly written and seemed to have been written by someone else. I reviewed them both on GR. Bad and not in a good way.

Noooo! Don't tell me that! Adrian was so mysterious and sexy and broody that I just knew he'd have a great story! Crud! I did read Once and Again and I didn't like it either. It was lacking everything I love in a LD book!

I ended up hating Adrian in that book but I loved him in the others. He was a rude and arrogant prick. The book just ended abruptly. It was the last book in the series and it just ended with a boring ending. No epilogue, no nothing...except for Lauren's music playlist...like I cared.
