im a twilight luver first of all. and second, we here in the twilight lovers group keep saying how much we like twilight. why cant they keep supporting there opinions too?

I agree. People on here express how much they 'love' Twilight... It is just as reasonable for people to discuss why they 'hate' twilight.

I think that everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

I'm finding everyone to be very hypocritical. The point 'Everyone is entitled to their own opinion' is used alot. Now some people's opinions are that Twilight Haters suck, other people may think it's harsh but that is an opinion too.

It's a group of anti-twilighters who hate obessed fans but they're just as obessed with it as the people they claim to hate. They also picket movie theaters. Do they honestly think picketing will stop anyone from seeing the movie or reading the book? They're wasting their time. If you want to help a cause let it be something worthwhile like ending human traffiking not something stupid like trying to prevent people from reading a book.
ya that is lame to stop people from reading and enjoying a book/movie. Do we not learn form our past isn't that what Hitler did, try to prevent people from reading. its sad..

I happen to know many Antis who have read all four books and some who have only read the first three. I, am one of those who have read all four books with an open mind to see what so many of my friends had liked. In all honesty, I loathed every minute of it. The experience was similar to that of reading horribly written fanatic fiction.
I did not jump on the bandwagon because of the hatred. I climbed aboard because I was tired of how the fanbase in general treats those of differing opinions.
Don't get me wrong. I have nothing against Twitards. Several of my friends are fans of the series. I just do not enjoy reading the 'novels.'
You respect my opinion, and I will respect yours. That is all.

I don't understand why people hate it. The books are amazingly written, but some people just don't see the beauty. When I read it's like I'm watching a movie in my head. It's easier to picture if there is good description. I loved this book because of the description, the point, the love, the energy throughout the book, and many other things. If you don't like the books than you obviously don't have any taste. And I'm not a "big fan" of the movie, but at least it was close to the books. I mean seriously.

yea, i read them before al lthe hype too. suddenly everyone thinks these amazing books have magically appeared. no, theyve been around for 3 years!!! jeez!
