Arnulfo, I think because you are not a native English speaker, you missed the undertone of giving permission to Barb to be herself as if she couldn't do it without your permission. Thanks Jammies. I have to be out of my current space by Oct 14th. I learned last week that the suite of offices in which I have an office was leased out and they want immediate possession. The timing really sucks for me!

Well, I can't really speak for anyone other than myself on this. But I am acutely aware that there are times when I lack sensibilities.
