Halia gritted her teeth as she awaited the Reaping.

Iris nervously stood in the main.
demon quietly slipped onto the square with the rest of the kids.
Halia considered. She could volunteer if she wasn't picked. If there was one thing she wanted, it was to bring glory o her district. She was a career; she had been training for this all her life. And she wanted in.
Iris looked around the square sadly. Her eyes fell on a boy that looked to be about 17. "He looks lonely," she said to herself as she weaved through the throng of people to stand by him.

((Oh. Yeah. I'm stupid.))Iris saw that he was in a different section and sighed, "Looks like he'll just br by himself this time."

Halia walked up to the stage, head held high in pride.

"One of us will come home victorious!" Halia called to the crowd. "We will make District 4 proud!"

Demon stifled a laugh,but failed."wow, a bit over exited there,are we?"he said to her
"Look," Halia said. "Do you want District 1 to win? Or District 2? Don't you want to come home victorious?" she said as the mayor led them to the Justice building.
"no,not really."he yawned,not saying another word to her.
"You don't? We've been training for this our whole lives!" Halia, of course, saw the danger, but she figured the probability of her losing wasn't that big, and probably, if she or Demon didn't win, it would be from District 1 or District 2.
he shrugged."not much into training."plus im in a street gang. he thought to himself
She glared at him. Great, I'm stuck in an arena with a disgrace to my district. "Well, I care," she said, and stalked off ahead of him, following the Mayor more closely.
