She blinked, surprised, "Wait, let me get this straight. Your parents tossed you--a baby--out of a plane??"

She scowled at his impatience, "Oh shush, its not everyday you get to here a couple throwing their child out of a plane."
"Drop it." He growled, already past the subject. He walked into the kitchen, grabbing himself a bottle of beer, and taking a swig out of it.
He growls, hiding his hurt at the comment behind a mask of no emotion. He takes another drink, and finishes it, throwing the bottle down the cliff.
"You know, if you keep pushing people away like that, you won't get anywhere. In a place like this, you need as many allies as you can get." she said and started heading towards the exit.
I don't need anyone." He said loud enough for her to hear, before plopping down on his bed, closing his eyes.
"Suit yourself." she said under her breath and leapt down past some boulders, heading towards the river. "Name's Michelle, by the way." she called out but didn't stop moving.
Dawnlight Fire (WOODSTOCK!) wrote: "((My friend thinks it's weird I've never hugged a guy outside of my family... It came up when this guy on the football team tried to but me.. They both thought it was because I didn't like him, but..."((That is weird. I hug people all day, every day.))
((sorry Stone! had to disappear for a bit..))Michelle prowled the forest grounds under the bright shine of the moonlight.
He fell out of bed, clutching his side as he teleported to the river, managing to doctor his wound before passing out.
She heard a noise by the river, her ears picking up the sound and she made her way there, finding the same boy from before lying unconscious by the river.
She shifted into human form and was by his side in an instant, eyes narrowed as she tried to search for an injury, "Shh, stay with me Slick. Where's it hurt?"
He groans again, muttering in unconsciousness, "My heart." A small mirage of him as a 5 year old appeared, holding onto a small thin blanket as he looked up at her with scared eyes. "Don't hut me lady!" He says in a high pitched voice.
"Shh...I'm not going to hurt you.." she murmured and pressed a cool hand to his face, frowning. She tried to move him by the tree so he leaned against it and tore out a strip of her shirt before wetting it in the river and putting it along his forehead.
"Whoa there, slow down Tiger." she lurched forward to grab onto his shoulders and slowly push him back down.
When he was down, she kneeled in front of him and picked up the cloth again, slapping it onto his forehead, "Hold that there." she barked, still annoyed.
"Sit!" she snapped out, not turning around, but hearing his movements. Scowling she straightened and stalked back to him.
"You have a problem with instructions, you know that?" she growled, facing him with her hands on her hips.
She rolled her eyes and walked forward, pushing his shoulders down so that he sat back down on the boulder. She searched his face carefully, "Care to explain what just happened?"
She sighed, fighting the urge to snap at him again, "Fine. Let's just get you back. How do you feel now?"
She scowled and shoved him off the boulder to wake him up, "Get up! Unless you want to be some other animal's food for the night."
He falls, injuring himself. He hisses in pain, as he gets up, stumbling past her, "You don't have to act all nice, or that you like me. I've seen how you are, you can go away. I don't need you, or anyone else, I've taken care of myself for.......for." (He doesn't know how old he is.)) "For a long time!" He walks off.
She groaned, torn between dragging him off herself and slapping him silly, "Oh for crying out loud! I couldn't give a stuff about how long you've been by yourself. I'm trying to help you here and you're not making it easy!"
