Actually, my mom has to do the contacts for me, because I physically can't put them in myself. Some fancy syndrome that basically means 1. I can't focus on stuff right in front of my eyes and therefore 2. I'm evolutionarily programmed to hate things too close to my eyes. So my mom is gonna have to work really hard. But it will be worth it, creeping all my friends out :)

Oh. We use it instead of lol, because lol is just...plain.

Actually, I'm a sun girl (Cali does that to you), so just the idea of snow is kind of exciting.

I read the first one in seventh grade English and madly searched out Catching Fire. Then I waited until Mockingjay came out. I even went to a release party at the bookstore.
I'm glad I read them recently..I know I would of DIED waiting for Mockingjay..
Wondering about Cinna and Peeta, and who Finnick really was. Turns out all three were awesome, but then two had to die...-_-

Revision: Two had to die permanently. Peeta didn't technically DIE, but Katniss had never heard of someone coming back once their heart had stopped.
But he came back. That's what matters.

I misunderstood until I did some searching. It isn't a list somebody made, it's just the books that are most commonly taken away by parents, or challenged. (meaning read and possibly challenging the parents) My friend wanted to read the hunger games, and his mom took it away from him (I let him borrow the book) and said that if I didn't take it back, his mom was going to burn it. Wonderful mom, right? O.O

Sexuality-wise, this is my list:
1. Stripping
2. Finnick and his confession. And just Finnick himself.
3. Kissing.
Honestly, I've read books meant for fifth graders that are almost as bad.

as if it isn't appropriate!1.it isn't actually gory, it focuses more on katniss' feelings and most of the deaths you only know about because of the picture in the sky.
2.if the hunger games is suposedly sexually explicit then so is the wiggles.
3.if twilight is appropriate then so is hunger games I mean why on earth do those people think a few deaths is inappropriate people die everyday sometimes in ways worse than a spear through the chest trust me I would know.
If anything should be considered too sexual its twilight, NOT hunger games ! The hunger games books is honestly one of the best books i've ever read, don't hate on these books and its fantastic author.
