Adding audiobook and should editions be combined?

- I added the Amazon link to the Kindle edition
We don't add Amazon links as the url. The url should only be included if there are "extras" available, like characters bios or interactive webpages, etc. A link to Amazon is already included below the book info in the "Get a copy" links.
- I added the audible.com book. I believe the narrator goes in the description and not as an author? Did I miss anything?
The narrator should be added as a secondary author.
- I think two of the editions should be combined. They both have the same ISBN13 and the same format (ebook) but one has an ISBN. Then I think I have to add the Carina Press URL and the pages and so on, but I don't know which one to add it to.
I have combined all available editions. There does not appear to be any issues with ISBN's, etc. that I can see. Again, the url should only be included if there are "extras" available. The product page on the publisher's website is not usually something that is added as a url.
Hope this helps. :)
