How about Bryce? Your character sounds slick and edgy and I think Bryce has sharp edges.I also like Larry's suggestion of Newman, especially since your character has blue eyes, like you-know-who.
Maybe think of what you want his name to mean, and then look up names that have that meaning.
How about Stone? If he is pretentious and cocky, the name is could be an explanation as to why he is or thinks he has a right to be the way he is. The name also could allow you to use double entrendres if you choose.
