She hesitated but thought about it. "Then. . . Derek, I forgive you." It felt like a weights have been lifted off her.

"So, now that we're finished, that means I can date again." She says looking at the ashes on the ground.
"Aren't you going to date?" Her eyes watering a little. "Of course you are."

Alexa doesn't watch him walk away, but sighs sadly. Holding back tears, she whispers, "Bye."
She sat crouched in a ball, hidden away from sight. Her wings extended high and flapping gently, supporting her weight for she sat on one of the high fragile pillars that had grown flaky from the fire and age. This is the only place she could be close to them but without them knowing. She didn't know what to do, he hated her. Just because of that b*tch. Was there nothing she could do to have him forgive her? Was there nothing at all? Unless... the same thing that drove her from his heart was what see needed to get back in. She put her fingers to her head and thought back. Thought back and concentrated. A slow mischievous smile spread across her face. She opened her eyes, "Kathryn" she whispered. With that her wings dropped her and she ran off the edge falling to the debris on the ground. As she ran pieces of the balcony cluttered and fell to the ground. She jumped just in time before the part of the second floor she was just on broke down and crashed to the ground. Her wings flattened then opened last minutes swinging her up in the air towards the ceiling, dust, ash, debris flew everywhere darkening the room but she didn't need to worry, she could still see. she adjusted her eyes and they turned a golden bronze color, a film slid over them. She made a rounded turn as she reached the ceiling to avoid bursting through. She instead shot as a bullet from a gun in a 45 degree angle from the ceiling wings closed tightly around her, covering every part of her, condensed and compressed as she shot through a small hole, old window in a breeze. She continued to spiral and once a considerable distance from the grass outside her wigs extended and she flew across the sky. She sped up, up to the clouds to avoid being seen. She was on a mission and she was going to finish it. No one was going to get in her way.
Chloe wandered into the burned Library. She had seen it before, but she never had the chance to enter it. It was sort of spoky when she walked in everythings was burned black, and there were ashes on the floor. As she was walking deeper in the library she slip on of her fingers on a dirty table, and looked at it it was completely black. "ew" she snarled

Darien jogged past the entrance of the church, he heard a sound and stopped. He took a few more steps before turning back to look. He slowly walked back and peeked into the abandoned church. His curiosity got the better of him

Darien saw Angel silently pacing inside the church in circles. What was she doing here he wondered. He made his presence known.

"Hello to you too" he said with an mock attitude as he revealed his hidden body from the decayed doorway. "Whatcha doing here?" he said looking around as he walked in.

"I can see that" he said and laughed. "Stressed are you Angel?"

"Okay I get it," he said backing off, raising his hands in a surrendering pose. "Vague, maybe you don't want to talk about it? Okay."

Darien stepped forward again, "You come off like that. Do you want to talk about it?" he asked concerned now.

Darien kicked away a piece of burnt wood. Or it appeared to be wood making a space to sit. "Close your eyes" he said. When she did, he opened his wings and flapped. The power of the wind cleared the area for them. Darien sat down and waited patiently.

Darien silently watched her as she explained. Quietly, taking in the information she fed him. He watched her as she set the wood in her hands a flame. He took note of when it became all to much. He could see how she tried to keep a calm manner, he noticed as she struggled to keep on this false facade. He furrowed his eyebrows unconsciously as he thought.

Darien nodded as she talked. He understood her reasoning behind her decision. Family was all people like them had left to hold on to. She had tried to do the right thing and yet she ended up paying for it. What type of justice is this? To be punished further for being good. Why be good then? He asked himself. He asked Him quietly under his breath, "what's the point then" he said mostly to himself. He thought of the consequences and whether he would make the decision she made. He looked up at her as she finished. "Them Two and their games." he said bitterly once she was done. "To them we are just pawns to be played with." he looked up at her with a frustrated expression. He should be sympathetic right now. Even more so, empathetic. However he just became frustrated, bitter, fed up... he was tired. Tired of the war, tired of being a pawn, tired of not being able to make his own decisions. Decisions he is not forced into. That they all are forced into. Angel...Demon. They are all Fallen but they must choose. Or else. Always a consequence. Darien looked down at the ashes of the wood Angel incinerated. "There is always a consequence," he said outloud as he thought. "No matter what you decide there will always be a price to pay." He looked up at her, "It's about which price, which sacrifice you would rather pay." he became even more angry then and squeezed his hands into fists. He kept a calm face but it concealed his true emotion. Negative energy flowed from him((not literally)). He looked at Angel and calmed down a bit, coming back to Earth, back to the present, out of his mind.

((i think I missed something, aha)) Darien snatched the sculpture with one hand, stopping it from hitting his face. He stood up from the dusty ground and wiped his clothes off cooly. "Yes" he said like ice, "and yes" he continued.

Angel sighed. "Yeah, I hate it. I hate being manhandle. It's irritating." she tuck her knees in a hug and frowned. "Now they want me to make my first kill but I'm not doing it. I promise not to touch anyone unless its the war already."
"YOU are suppose to initiate it!?" Darien asked surprised, distracting him from his anger.
