Neuroplastic techniques torwards learning a new language

Hello. I'm wanting to really learn to utilize plasticity to its potential and I think an amazing testiment to its incredible potential would be to learn to teach myself/ourselves a new language in an extremely efficient and optimal way possibly using some of the teaching techniques that utilize plasticity as Mike Merzenich or Barbara Arrowhead Young use. I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with any links or information that might assist me in doing this. I intend on becoming spanish and french within the next 4 or 5 years. If not, thats ok, but maybe you can keep this thread in mind, and if you hear anything, come back here and share if you would. thanks :)
