One is my wive's account and we both make purchases. It has to be a real account that makes purchases and they each have to have an independent email address. So, it really is two actual accounts.

Keep tagging...I am sure it takes a lot of work to put it together, so you may have to wait until the next month to see it. Blessings to Todd for doing all that work.

Alice (goodreadscomalicerene) Hi Everone,
Does anyone know about the (Undo) thing next to your book in the Product List on Amazon? Do your books have that there as well? And if so, how do you get rid of it. I think someone has "undone" one of my tags ... probably inadvertantly ... however, "Undone!"

Thanks for your help,
Alice

Jason Roberson (robersoninnovations) | 1 comments seeing as how the majority of people don't like to spend money on the web these days, i have found that a sign on a busy intersection is just as good of a place as any to advertise, these days.

this country is slowly moving into "rocky" mode again, where we find ourselves rooting for the little guy and if you're late in building your brand, you might just "miss the wave". good luck!

Sandy Lender (fantasyauthorsandylender) | 35 comments Ladies and Gentlemen,
For anyone who was waiting for me to do my part, I can finally and happily announce, I finished my quest. I am caught up with ALL tags. Everyone who is on the Wordpress tag blog/list has been tagged! (It feels like I've accomplished some huge feat...)

Anyway, my hardcover and kindle Choices Meant for Kings are on the November "Tag, You're It!" list. You can find 'em at http://tinyurl.com/CMFKamazon and http://tinyurl.com/CMFKkindle. Thank you to everyone who reciprocates!

Oh! And to the author of the Tale of Two Guinea Pigs, I LOVE that title. Great book cover, too.

Brett, Amazon is supposed to remove comments if they are personal insults. I imagine that the same applies to tags. You could try emailing.

G'day all, at the expressions of a few of my friends here I looked into placing my book on Amazon & found because I am a Australian self published writer the costs involved in getting my book to the stage it could be placed on Amazon is way to much for me, then there is the "communication" between the American IRS I would have to go through so they wont take 30% for their cut, for me the excercise is just to much cost & trouble for what return I might receive. I will wait until early next year when an American publishing company will publish a compilation of my poetry wherein they will take care of the above.

Have you looked into lulu.com or createspace.com for creating your book? Both are for self publishing. There are also many programs to create an ebook for free and you can sell it directly.

I would think if you contacted Amazon they should take care of it by removing the tag. But look on the "bright" side. Whoever did it, probably did not think that they were making it possible for your book to now come up with all the "Idiot's Guide to..." books on Amazon - and they are very popular.
Plus, your book looks so professional and well put together, I do not think it is possible for most readers to believe that "idiot" tag has anything to do with your book. There are a few crazies everywhere.

Thank you for your suggestion Thomas, I notice creatspace is part of Amazon & one of the problems I have is sizeing, Amazon & co. work on inches whereas here all our settings are in millimeters, I would therefore have to find a cheap graphic designer who could do the conversion for me & unfortunately this people are not cheap & as mentioned there is the back and forth for who knows how many months with the IRS. Again I think I will wait for my American release.
Thank you again for your suggestion.(-:

Commiserations, Brett. I shall follow your link and take a look. If there is a Community of Idiots, do you want me to vote that your book does not belong?

If there is a Community around a tag, IDIOT will be in an orange font, and the word will be a live link. Click on the live link.

All the other books tagged IDIOT will show up in descending order, starting with the ones most often tagged as "idiot".

Above each book so tagged are up and down arrows.

This information is shared in the assumption that everyone reading this will use the knowledge responsibly, kindly, and ethically.

Best wishes,
Rowena Cherry

My novel will be out in about 3 months. I went to the tagmybook page on amazon and on to the submit my book page, just to get an idea of how it's done. However, I couldn't find anyplace to submit a book for tagging. It said to do so at the end of the page, but the page had an apparently limitless bunch of reviews of tagged books. Also, I have two books for sale on Amazon. I'd like to tag them, but besides not being able to submit them, I don't know how to find the Amazon link to them. I can find them fine by searching for my name, but how do I find the URL?

message 1247: by Todd Fonseca (new)

Todd Fonseca | 489 comments Hi Elaine,
To submit your book, you will have to type in a comment on the "submit your book page". It's pretty long at the moment and I need to delete some of the comments to clean it up.
As far as your Amazon URL - once you find and open your books page on Amazon - there will be an address in the address bar of your web browser at the top (something like http://www.amazon.com/...
That will be the link for your book. If you can't find the address - no worries, just let me know the title of your book when you submit on the blog and I'll find it ;-)
