Combine Books issue

I have tried to combine the editions of this book that appear on Goodreads:

There are other editions that show up in separate listings, but when I tried to combine them none of the others appear. So how does one go about combining these three listings? Here are the others:

The authors on all editions need to be in the same order, your first link has Gaye Weeden in the first position and the others have Hayley Smorgen.

Edit the first book and use the up arrows to mobe Hayley to the first position, then they should all be under the same author profile and you should be able to select and combine
