Hey all! Glad to see another challenge group. I’m tpagirl since I lived in Tampa but I’ve since relocated so now we are back in AL but I’m still a Tampa girl at heart. My real name is Angie but rarely use it online. Feel free to call me whatever 😀. I took an early retirement so I get to read a lot more than I used to and I love challenges. I know some of the members - which is how I found this group - but looking forward to meeting and sharing book thoughts with more. I’m an HEA kinda girl when reading so I read a lot of romance / erotica / suspense - usually all contemporary.
Hello, Angie. I'm so glad you found The Challenge Factory. We are definitely well named. Feel free to ask anyone questions. We're a friendly group.

Hi all, I am Tyler. I'm from Mississauga, Ontario, which is just outside of Toronto. I really love romances and am also a HEA kinda girl. I belong to a group that used to do group challenges all the time, but stopped. I found that it really helped me complete my yearly reading goals. I was really excited to find this group.

Hello everyone! I'm Shalee and I come from France. I used to read almost only fantasy but now picking a favorite genre is hard. Participating in challenges might help me get out of my reading slump so I'm very excited to begin!

Hi there! My name's Amanda and I'm a book reviewer who lives in Boston.
My favorite genre is romance (leaning more toward contemporary and paranormal), though I do love horror, sci-fi, and fantasy. I used to do a lot of challenges years ago, but stopped. Now, I'm getting back into the swing of things because I think they're a great way to decide on what to read next!

Hello! I'm Shala. I'm from a teeny tiny town in Oklahoma where I'm a teacher, mother, and wife. I don't get a ton of books read so will probably only be able to commit to the easy level of challenges, but I love a good challenge. I try to read 4 books a month. My children who are 18 and almost 14 keep me very busy. I'm looking forward to participating.♥Your favorite Genre? Historical fiction, thriller and cozy mystery
♥Are you a pro at challenges or a newcomer? I participate in a lot of challenges but only at the easy level since I tend to read 3-5 books a month.
Tari here from snowy, blowy central Ohio today. I've been in the group for a little bit and finally got around to the inro. Hubby and I are owned by one 3 year old mini dachshund named Mia. Our only child, a 28 yo daughter moved back home after college, and we are not in any hurry to boot her out lol. (She's a great cook!) My genre is cozy mysteries, and it's the only thing I've read for the last 3 years, aside from an occasional book by Crusoe the Celebrity Dachshund. I've read different genres, but cozy is the one for me at this point in my life. I read a lot of cozies when it's not craft show season and I'm newish to challenges, having done only a handful of them last year. I love friends on Goodreads and you don't have to be a cozy reader or dachshund parent to friend me, just answer my little question I have set up :)
*waves* Hello Tari. My family has had four dachshunds over the years. They are wonderful dogs!
As a cozy mystery reader, you might enjoy the The Nancy Drew Books 2019 yearly challenge and The Maze of Death 6-month challenge.

Hi, all! My name is Francesca, but I go by Frankie! I’m new to this group, but not new to reading challenges. I’m a huge book nerd [of course] & I love making new bookish friends & discussing books. I read just about any & all genres, but some of my favorites are fantasy/sci-fi, historical fiction, mystery & horror. I also love manga & graphic novels. I’m always up for making new friends on Goodreads, too, so feel free to add me as a friend, or send me a message any time! I’m challenge addicted so I know I will love it in this group! Thanks for having me!
♥You name? Leticia♥Where are you from? I'm Brazilian but I live in South Germany
♥Your favorite Genre? Sci-fi, Fantasy, YA, but I read most other genres now and then, only not a big fan of horror.
♥Are you a pro at challenges or a newcomer? I like challenges but my time is limited, and I try not to stress myself with amount of books read or deadlines.
♥Any thing else you would like to share! I like readathons a lot and I'm always posting about them in my blog.
Welcome Frankie and Leticia! We're glad you found your way over to us!Frankie, we're ALL book nerds here, so you're in great company! Feel free to dive into any of our challenges! If some of them started in January, you can back date them to that date and use books you'd read in January and February to fill them in!
Leticia, I love readathons too! Do you have a favorite? Or do you try to do a readathon a month?
Hi everyone and mods! I love team challenges. I finished the UNO challenge over in The Perks of Being a Book Addict and a teammate recommended that I check out this group! Already looking forward to Bingo! Thanks for having me!

Welcome to the group
Hello all! My name is Kati (but you can call me Kaitu too) and I'm from Finland. I have been lingering in this group for almost a half year but never did an introduction post so here it goes!Currently I study forestry in UAS so in the future I could be there to secure the making of physical paperbooks so to speak, haha.
I mostly read fantasy and fiction books. My new fave genre has been historical fiction for sometime now. But I do love some non-fiction books too. I'm trying to get my enthusiasm towards reading back with these challenges. And also make my reading experiences more diverse.
Some other random facts about me are I just really adore foxes, Studio Ghibli movies and I have one tattoo (:
Nice to meet you all and I'm always up to a chat and getting new friends!
Heyyyyyy I'm Tiffany. I'm 29 and from Ontario, Canada I spend far too much time reading and LOVE IT!
Love making new bookish friends so feel free to message me :)
Hey, Tiffany. Welcome to The Challenge Factory. I don't know; is it possible to spend too much time reading? :)

Hi! My nameIs Eugenia and I’m from Alaska. My favorite genre is MM romance and I do too many challenges! I prefer group challenges over solo ones 😉.
*waves* Hello, Lindsay and Eugenia. Welcome to The Challenge Factory. We could use your help over at the Summer 2019 Read-A-Palooza. Feel free to join any other challenge that catch your eye.
Hello there! I may have introduced myself already, but I'm trying to become more active. :) My name is Maggie, and I'm a librarian mom of two from Muskoka. I have loved books for as long as I can remember, and my day just isn't complete without reading a chapter or three! Besides devouring a good book, my hobbies include singing, hiking, writing, and baking. I don't have a favourite genre, but I do tend to finish novels with some family drama quicker. ;) I look forward to making new friends and getting some excellent recommendations.
Hello all!You can call me Jen. I live in Wisconsin and am a single mom of 3 children. As far as challenges, I am in so many right now it's not even funny.
Looking forward to participating with all of you.

Thank you for taking the time to re-introduce yourself, Maggie. I'm like you. My day just isn't the same if I don't read something. Especially at night.

Hey, Jen. Welcome to The Challenge Factory. I wonder if perhaps we should change our group's name. How does "Too Many Challenges" sound? Or maybe 'How to Juggle Challenges"? Seriously, if you have any questions, let me know.

Hi, I'm Audra. I'm from Belpre, Ohio. Population about 10k. Favorite genres in no particular order: fantasy, cozy mystery, contemporary romance, paranormal romance, amish fiction. I do challenges some. I'm also on litsy. Username is audraelizabeth. Im 29, 30 in december. I work for a retail office supply chain.
Hello everybody! I'm Jade Melody from Kansas. I'm currently a college student who buys way too many books according to my bank account. My favorite genre has to be young adult, but I'm trying to expand my horizons by trying different types of books, and I have recently gotten into mystery/thriller/horror books! I am a newbie 1000% when it comes to challenges but I would love to dip my foot in the water by participating in this group. Two fun facts about me are that I'm adopted (it's open, meaning I know and am in contact with my birth parents) and I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I'm super excited to participate in challenges and meet people in this group!
Hello :) I'm Joanna and live in the Swiss Alps together with my husband and two Norwegian Forest Cats (Grande Riserva and Salvarossa). I work as a bookseller at a small indie bookshop and love it!
Of course I love reading, it's my only hobby. I like reading a lot of different genres, my favourites are sci-fi and classics. Also, I love doing challenges since I enjoy discovering new books and genres.
Now I'm looking forward to new reading adventures in this group :)

Hello everyone :)My name is Tammy and I live in Los Angeles. I am a 49 year old woman, and I still love to read. I love all types of genre, but prefer books that deal with spooky topics.
I just got a cat named Skitters. I named her that because she was skittish. I look forward to knowing all of you.

Welcome, Tammy! We're glad you found your way over to us! I hope you find a lot of challenges that will allow you to explore the spookier side of reading!
Hey, my name is Cay! I'm originally from New York but most of my years have been spent in Rhode Island. My favorite genre is Fantasy! I'm a newcomer to book challenges so I probably won't pick super hard ones straight (ha!) off the bat.
Welcome to The Challenge Factory, Cay. We have kinds of challenges, so I hope you find one that appeals to you.
Hi, my name is Jen. I think I actually joined this group several months ago, with the intention to do some book challenges, but then I got busy with life. I was traveling out of country for a few months, but I have finally settled back home, back in school, and back to work life. I'm from Alberta, Canada. I'm still a bit new to reading challenges, I've done the Uno challenge on another group a couple of times but that is about it.
My favourite genre depends on my mood. I enjoy YA, Fantasy, SciFi, and Murder Mysteries, occasionally Fiction, and Classic literature. So basically anything based on my mood. I love to read!

Welcome, Kaitlynn! We don't really write challenges to be solely one theme, but you might find one task in a challenge will be for a YA or children's read. I hope you find lots of challenges that will work for you!
