If they share an ISBN in common, we can put up alternate cover versions.

I knew you could review multiple editions, rivka, but that doesn't shelve them individually does it?
EDIT: nvm, I just tried it, and it shows both books on my shelf :D
I learned something today! LOL
The database stores the user's shelf choices, rating, review, notes, etc. together as a single entity. If you can review it, you can certainly shelve it. Conversely, if you can't shelve it, you can't review it.

The question is, are they both the same book? I have checked them both out, and the ISBN's are different, the first one was published on June 28 2011 by Hyperion, and the second one published 20th May 2011, by Harlequin (UK) Ltd. The blurbs are pretty much the same.
Is it possible they are one and the same, with different titles/covers published in different countries?
