i am reading the book called precious and so far the book talks about the main character precious and how she gets raped and how she doesn't like school and stuff because she feel dumb. it also talks about how she already has a child and is expecting one on the way. precious in my opinion has very low self esteem and thinks that she ugly because all her life her mother has put her down. i really like the book so far and i hope to continue ready it if nobody else takes it.
