This book is about aman named Howard Dully who is a bus driver, an acholic, and also a drug- addict. He had surgery that damaged him in many ways and it turned him into a robot so his family put him into a institution. He spent forty years in the institution asking hiself has he ever did anything wrong in his live to deserve a lobotomy. In 1998 Howard sufferd from a heart attack.Howard couldnt remember much about his life but he does remember one event whic was his parents wedding. His parents passed away and he was still in the institution until fifty years old.
