Hi, I am a 28-year-old foster parent and children's author. My most recent release, "In Memory of Dad" is geared for ages 7-14 and is available for only 99 cents on Smashwords, Amazon and B&N. The story is based on real experiences I went through after losing my father at the age of 12. I am hoping my story will help encourage and comfort other kids who are going through a major loss. I just "liked" your book on Amazon, following another thread. It's interesting that your book deals with the loss of your father; so does mine, but I was much older. I think your perspective as an adult is wonderful to share with young readers. Best of luck to you!
