What are your first impressions of this new Vampire Academy spin-off?

I was excited when I heard there was a spin off series because I loved vampire academy. I rated the book a 4 stars, enjoyed it, but found some things a little predictable. I still can't wait for The Golden Lily to come out next June though.

I was excited about the spin-off, too (because I love Adrian. :P). And, yeah. I haven't finished reading yet (not nearly), between everything else, but even I've picked up on things I probably shouldn't have, yet, since you can tell they're mean to be twists.
