I think Jeremy Renner would make a good Janco- he's got the right build, and (assuming Janco is in his mid-twenties) even though he's quite a lot older, I think he would still be believable as Janco.

For Yelena what about lyndsy fonseca? She's in her mid twenties so not too old and she's definitely done fighting roles. She's pretty but I could see her as a bad-a Yelena. She even has light eyes.
