I LOVED this book. Harlin was a boy-in-a-book-breath-of-fresh-air! He is normal, down to earth and FLAWED. His good old fashion love and devotion to whatshername is what got me. I am excited about the next one!

Harlin is a seer like Monroe so he's not exactly normal.

I am aware of that. Guess I was just trying to be too spoiler free. Despite that he is still very normal to me.

I HATED Harlin, but I guess that's not entirely Harlins fould; I'm just grewing really tired of the "undying-love-theme". Maybe that's because I read the whole Immortals series, which consist of nothing but that theme :)

He is a much better male character than some others. But, I love Portland authors because I AM from Portland!!! (Though she moved to Arizona *cry* )
