Have any of you ladies given a hard look at the cover
of our book this time. I had a lady friend call me and said that was one of her most favorite parts. In case you may not have noticed, the cover is of hats, coats and scarves on a hat rack, not a couple embracing. I agree that this is very classic.

Oh, and after reading our doggie/animal book last time, thought it would be fun to post a picture of my kitty Frisco in my profile. Ladies, meet Frisco, my hero and true love!

Interesting bit of trivia: The cover for the U.S. edition of Major Pettigrew (the one with the two coats) is based off of a 1924 Life magazine cover by J. Grenard.

Cool Lauren, good find there. That has intrigued me so much. My Kindle copy didn't have the information on it, so I'm guessing your book did. I just love it.

That was the year my father was born, even more notable and meaningful.
