It starts out with the daughter choosing the guy she wants to marry; the one shes had her eyes on for a while. The book is set behind castle walls because outside are zombie like creatures and beasts. Her father is kind of like the king of the land, if you will. Anyway, the man she chooses to marry is reluctant because of her, but marries her anyway because he feels like he owes her father.

This was an ebook I read a few months ago; I'm not sure when it was actually published. I feel like you could classify it as YA/romance and possibly apocalyptic.
