requesting book put on nook

When I would go on B&N and wanted a book on Nook and it wasn't available there was a place to request it and now I can't find it anymore. Has it been moved? It was right on the book page itself.

I think I know what you mean... It appears that when you go to a page, there's a line that says "nookbook: Want To Read Me On Your NOOK? Request as a NOOKbook from the publisher." that exists under the purchase options and above People Also Bought. That text is a link. It's not very intuitive that you can click it, but hovering over it with a mouse gives that indication when on the computer vs the Nook.
