Tyler walked along the deserted road. He played around with the different effects of his force fields, and realized he could manipulate different things into force fields and throw them. He didn't notice, but he flickered between invisible and not as he walked.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Megan ran down the roads, searching for Tyler in jeans and a purple scarf and shirt. She hadn't seen him all day yet and was worried about him. Well, she was worried most of the time for them. "Tyler?" she called out to the empty roads, seeing no one in front or behind her.

He turned, seeing Megan's distant figure farther down the road. Tyler rolled his eyes, and debated whether to completely ditch her. In the end he thought better, and walked to her slowly-visible. He was still reluctant, "What do you want?" he asked, his tone not harsh-but not pleasant.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Megan jumped a bit, not having seen him before along the road. "Seriously, I never get use to that." she muttered under her breath, brushing some loose hair out of her face. Looking up at his tall form, her eyebrows creased, "You've been gone all day," she explained, remebering him walking out the door this morning but not returning. Seeing the annoyed look on his face, she backed up a bit, knowing that he wasn't in the mood to see her at that moment.

Tyler rolled his eyes, "Yeah. and Where's Miss Alice? She's probably gone too. That's what people do on nice days. They stay outside." he said, laying the sarcasm on thick. "Really Megan, do you need something?" he added, tone exasperated. He ran his hands through his light hair, distressed.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ It was a weird day for her, she didn't feel like going outside and was paranoid about everything. She even found herself annoying. Megan handed him an apple and sandwich from her bag and shook her head, "I guess not, but here's some food for you. I thought you'd be hungry. And were you practicing your powers again?" she asked, knowing that he'd been playing with them lately and actually didn't know how much he'd progressed lately.

"I'm taking that as a no." he mumbled, taking the food to clear her conscious. Tyler let his eyes wander around the road, curious to how she had found him. "Yes I have, and you should too."

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Megan smiled mysteriously and concentrated on the sky for a second, feeling the clouds churn above her. Suddenly, it started to rain lightly on top of her and Tyler. "Piece of cake." she said, making it stop instantly and the sky cleared again until it was blue with a few stray clouds. "The question is, what had you figured out?" she asked, putting her hands on her hips.

Tyler stifled a smile, and he kept his hands folded behind his back so she couldn't see his hand motions. He created a force field behind her, and successfully managed to gibbs smack her in the back of the head. "Same old, same old." he chided, walking farther down the road. "And you know that isn't a piece of cake, Alice has trouble sometimes."

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ "Ouch..." she mumbled, rubbing the back of her head lightly. "You know those forcefields are tough things." she said, eyeing him cautiously, not wanting to get hit again. The last time they'd gotten in a fight when they were little, Megan had ended up getting a thin scar that ran from her elbow to her shoulderblade. Ever since then, she been a little more cautious about her powers, but just a little.

Catching up to Tyler, she shrugged her shoulders, "Well she has multiple powers, this is all that I have, so I better be good at it." she explained, wishing that she actually was better at her tornados and hail than she currently was.

"For now. Ali had shape shifting till she was 15, then weather came after that-then healing just a year ago. People are ever changing Megan." he felt as if he was lecturing her, and he sighed uncomfortably as he continued. "And you know you could always ask her for help. She is your sister. You have to master weather asap encase another power comes along...you have to be ready to use everything you have."

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ ((This is annoying, it's only notifying me half of the time >.<))

She listened to him, knowing that he probably knew more than she did. "I guess I'll ask her for help if you really want me to." she said comfortingly, taking an apple for herself out of her bag and took a bite out of it, enjoying her time alone with Tyler. "When did your powers form?" Megan asked, suddenly wondering how she'd never known the answer before. Of course, Tyler wasn't much of a talker, more a person of action.

"All at the same time." he answered, grimacing slightly. "I think when I was around 15. It sucks getting them all at once, because you can only master one at a time. So I could only work with one, and the other two would randomly act up and cause problems. That's why I'm trying to get it through to you...you don't want to make the same mistakes I did. I just ended up looking like a complete idiot."

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Megan creased her eyebrows, she was currently sixteen and still had one power. Rubbing the back of her head again, she was pretty sure that she wasn't going to be getting a new one anytime soon.

She laughed at his last comment, remembering when she would watch him as a little girl trying to train with multiple powers. "Yea, you haven't changed much." Megan said teasingly, taking another bite of her apple.

Tyler rolled his eyes, and looked her up and down. She still had her chestnut brown hair, and large dark eyes. Megan had matured a lot, and she had become sort of attractive. But he could never think of her as anything more than a sister. She had actually changed a lot, not that he'd ever tell her.

"Nor have you." he responded, pausing to admire a larger rock. "Only exception is I'm still smarter."

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Throwing her apple core over into some nearby bushes, Megan reguarded him with eyebrows raised. "Oh yes, of course you're majesty." she shook her head and leaned against a rock. Now that she thought about it, Ali always seemed to be with them but she'd barely had any alone time with Tyler and her. She smiled, loving Tyler like an older brother and thought for a moment, wanting to ask a question that'd been on her mind for some time now, but hoped that he wouldn't judge her for asking it, "How did you come to live with Ali and I? I mean...you've been here ever since I can remember and only just found out when I was twelve that we actually weren't blood related." she explained, watching his reaction to her comment closely.

Tyler kept a poker face, and he swung his arms easily at his sides. Picture of innocence. "My guess is your only asking me, because Ali didn't answer." he said, knowing it was most likely true. "Or, you think I'm the better bet before you decide to ask her-and she says no." he smirked, and refused the urge to laugh. "Not gonna' happen Megan."

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Her mouth dropped open, but pierced her lips again. "I swear, you can read my mind." Megan complimented. Of couse he could tell more about herself than she could, which could be annoying at times but she still loved him anyway. Grabbing onto his arm, she pouted like a little kid, knowing that he hated it when she did her puppy-dog face. "Oh paaalllleeeasseee, Tyler!" she pleaded, pretending to be hurt, "No one ever bothered to tell me, but I'm sixteen now and I could totally make it hail on your right now." Megan threatened, getting a gleam in her eye.

"And I could totally throw you 20 feet away from me without lifting a finger! Not to mention none of your hail could touch me unless I let it." he said, the threat obvious from his tone. Tyler would never actually hurt her though, and she knew it. "Besides, I'm not going to tell you if Alice doesn't want you to know. She's doesn't exactly-" he paused, clearing his throat. "Have a controlled temper?"

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ She shook her head, letting go of his arm and her act. "Of course, you'd hurt a poor innocent girl that just wants to know an answer to a question." she said, seeing if she could use the guilt trip instead. Of course she knew that Ali's temper did sometimes get out of control at times, which sort of shaped what Megan was today. It definitely trained her patience often, but she wouldn't change anything about her sister for all the powers in the world.

((awww<3 :P ))

Tyler smiled, although it was more of a grimace. "You know I wouldn't hurt you. And just ask Alice yourself, if your reasonable maybe she won't totally annihilate you before you get a chance to respond. Maybe." he said, chuckling darkly.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ ((^-^))

Megan shook her head, her eyebrows creased together. "I don't think it'll work, she probably will just shrug the subject off like she does with most of my questions. Sometimes it feels like she still thinks that I'm a little kid." she said plainly, looking down at her feet as they continued to walk down the deserted roads.

Tyler touched her arm gently, reassuring. "I know." he said, biting his lip. He tended to think of Megan as a little kid most of the time to. It wasn't that she wasn't smart, or strong, or lacked anything. It was just that him and Ali both cared more about her than themselves. It was always there second nature to protect her-it would always be that way. It was their commission. "And I don't think it will change. Not now."

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ She shrugged him off, knowing exactly that he treated her like one as well. Everyone could tell, and it could be quite embarissing sometimes when everyone knew how much of a little kid they treated her at times. "Well, I just don't think it's fair." Megan argued, knowing that since she was the youngest, it didn't matter much of what she thought. Hearing his last comment, her eyebrows creased together again, "What do you mean, not now?"

Tyler sighed, knowing it was an argument she would never win. She just didn't understand, and its not like he could explain it to her so she would understand. She wouldn't...take it the right way if she knew the circumstances. "Nothing. Step off it Megan. Its not important."

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ "Keeping me blind isn't going to work out well..." she mumbled under her breath, but shook it off, hearing frustration starting to edge in Tyler's voice. "Fine, if it's that big of a deal to not tell your own sister, then fine." she said, flipping some hair angrily out of her face. "So if you won't tell me about that, then could you show me the stuff you've learned with your powers lately?" she asked, knowing that she'd never let the subject drop completely. It'd come up later again, she'd make sure of it.

Tyler's eyes flashed with annoyance, and he glared at her. With the twist of his hand, she was up in the air-trapped in his own force field. It was something like telekinesis, he'd learned to do it only recently, but he was strong.
She wasn't in any real danger, so he flipped her upside down, letting her fall until she was a inch from touching the ground, then letting her drop with a dull thump. "I said, step off it." he said, deadpan.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Fog started to settle in as her feelings of uncertainty grew. Suddenly feeling her feet being flown out from under her, she screamed, trying her hardest to get out of it. "Let me go, Tyler!" she yelled at the form in the fog. Megan glanced outside the force field, but the fog covered his face expression so she couldn't see what exactly his intentions were.

Feeling the ground come up quickly, she closed her eyes, waiting for darkness to overcome her, but it never did. Suddenly, she fell and hit the ground, causing the dust on the road to be unsettled. Rubbing her head, she opened her eyes again and looked up at him, still not being able to see his face through the fog that lingered in the air. "What was that for?" she asked angrily, a clash of lightning and thunder showing how angry was was.

Tyler returned her angered stare, "You need to listen. When I don't tell you something, its because it'll do you better not to know. Stop being so ignorant Megan, if you got that answers you want-" he shook his head, disgusted. You'd wish you were dead. he almost finished the statement.

He turned away from her, his face completely blank.

€ℒᓰzᗩßℯЋ ツ Megan snorted, "You know what, I don't need to take this crap," she said to Tyler, getting up and began to walk back the way she had come. Of course he'd call her ignorant, it's just how he was, how most people were. She had never understood why and was becoming more independent every day and they seemed to be dragging her down, trying to keep her sheltered even though she was sixteen years old. And not getting her questions answered was more annoying than the fact they treated her like she was ten.

I just need some time to think... she thought, knowing automatically where she was going to go to cool off. Megan knew that if she were to stay with Tyler any longer, she might say something irrational and she didn't want that.

"Do what you want, stay out of trouble." he snapped, walking farther down the road. Tyler picked a couple of rocks off the ground-and threw them furiously. This wasn't his fault! He hated how Megan couldn't know, she deserved to know. But they weren't aloud to tell her. That was the rule. Not until she had the big three.
