"What happened to you?" Nathan looked around for something to give to her, then, upon remembering he had water in his pack, he gave her a leather skinned bottle of water. "Here." He put it gently on her lips.

She drank all the water and then gasped,"So far....and angry"

"What's angered you?" Nathan asked softly, putting his arm around her for comfort.

[Chickie]

She shook her head,"They hate me now"

"Please don't tell me they don't trust you," Nathan sighed, rubbing dirt off her cheek.

She nodded,"They don't trust me and chased me away. They wouldn't even listen!"

"Seriously?" Nathan felt really hopeless. "I knew this would be the case. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have sent you to go there."

She shook her head,"Its fine" she kissed him softly

Nathan kept her there for a little longer than usual, then let go. He looked into her eyes and felt mad at the other werewolves for not listening to her. "We'll do something about it, but right now, I just realized how hard it will be to convince others that something terrible is going to happen."

[Chickie]

She nodded,"What do we do?"

"I don't know," Nathan gazed into her eyes longer, trying to find an answer, but he couldn't. "The only time they'll ever believe is if they see the darkness, but then again, it'll be too late."

She nodded, but then shook her head,"Wait! I have an idea"

"What is it?" Nathan asked her.

[Chickie]

"The portals"

[Lord Percy, Fantasy Fanatic]

"What about them?" Nathan tilted his head, thinking about it. "Do we take them all into the portals? I mean, you can't even get close without getting chased away."

"You can see through them"she said

[Lord Percy, Fantasy Fanatic]

"That's true," Nathan nodded, still skeptical. "As long as you can convince them to look into the portal, then it might work."

[Chickie]

She nodded and kissed him. She didn't want to let him go.

Nathan held her tightly onto him. He brushed the hair out of her face as he kissed her back.

She wrapped her arms around his neck. Sammi shivered and pulled away, but only so she could rest her head on his shoulder.

"Don't worry, alright?" Nathan whispered into her ear. "Nothing bad will happen."

Hopefully, he thought.

She nodded and trailed kisses along his jaw.

Nathan closed his eyes as she kissed him, and let go of his worries at the moment.

She nuzzled his neck and kissed his collarbone.

He let her soft lips massage him.

She smiled and kissed his cheek and then shoulder.

He almost forgot that he was sitting on the ground, then he opened his eyes as she continued to kiss him. "Are you going to keep doing that? Not that I want you to stop."

She frowned,"What do you mean?"

"Kissing me, I mean. Are you going to keep doing that?" Nathan looked at her and smiled.

"Possibly....unless you wanna go warn everyone now",Sammi shrugged rested her head on his shoulder.

"I don't know," Nathan hated the feeling of uncertainty, and right now he was swimming in it. "I absolutely don't know what to do."

She smiled and kissed him softly before standing up.

Nathan stood up with her, and somehow, he felt fine. "I am alright. We can go right now if we wanted to."

She nodded,"Okay"

"We need to go back to the werewolves," Nathan frowned.

She nodded and led him to the pack,"Stay behind me and be alert"

"I'll try," Nathan was wary now. He'd never seen so many werewolves in his entire life.

She nodded and looked around for the leader, Ron. She held Nathans hand.

"They won't bite or anything, right?" Nathan asked her. "I mean, I don't want to end up as dog meat."

She laughed and shook her head,"They won't bite but I do" She winked and kept walking

"Yeah," Nathan laughed slightly to let off some anxiety. "I know you do."

She blushed a bit and kissed his jaw briefly before walking again

"I've mentioned you're cute when you blush, right?" Nathan smirked. "Yeah, I think I have. Forget I said that."

She giggled,"Let's just find Ron"

"Well, we'll have to if we want to convince him," Nathan expected her reaction and smiled.

She stopped and kissed him.

Nathan sighed, then laughed while she kissed him. He slowly pulled away and looked at her. "Didn't you just kiss me?" He joked.
