Annabeth covered her ears at the booing. She tried to block it out has she fumbled a bit with her bow.

Eric was at the corner of the large coliseum the whole time, watching as the others fought it off, learning each of their strategies. For now, he couldn't do anything cause he didn't have a bow and arrow. Soon though, he would move in.

((Guys, I know I didn't really describe the arena very well, but it's up to any of you to come up with something that's in the arena, especially cause it's supposed to be huge.))

Dylan just came from the battle training ground. She walked in with her sword still in her hand and her hair up in a tight bun. She let her sword turn back into her ring and slipped it back on her index finger. She then took her hair out of her tight bun and let her black hair flow down to her waist.

Rafael looked over at where a piece of the wall was lifting up. Two big lions came out, and they looked really hungry and mad. "Raf! Get up!" Leo shouted, grasping his katanas and getting ready. Rafael got to his feet slowly, the arrow wound in his leg hurting and making his leg almost impossible to use, and drew his Sai.

Annabeth stayed completely still when she saw the lions on the other side of the coliseum.

Eric saw the lions, and saw them as a distraction for now. He snuck up behind Annabeth and readied his sword.

Annabeth felt a presence behind her shrieked as loud as she could, ducking and running faster then even the lions could. Her sheiks, she knew didnt sound normal. They sounded like crystals shattering.

Eric's eyes widened as he saw Annabeth run fast. He tried catching up to her, but one of the lions noticed him and began leaping toward him. Eric, his heart pumping faster now, ran up to a column, and started climbing it. "Ah, help!"

Annabeth screamed at the lion. She ran and jumped on top of it. She tried to break all of it's bone. Some of them jutted out of the skin and bled immensely.

Eric was at the top of the pillar when he saw what Annabeth was doing. He was so high up, he was scared of going back down.

Annabeth threw th carcus onto the ground bit into the throat, she drank deeply and it was very messy when she lifted her head.

Eric's eyes widened as he saw when Annabeth drank the blood. What is she? He thought. In his mind, he was wondering how dangerous she really is. "You there!" He yelled up to her, raising his sword.

"What?" Annabeth asked, she wiped the blood of her face. The lion twitched a little. She kicked it and another glob of blood came rushing out, pooling around her feet.

After careful thought, Eric decided to reply to her. "I need a hand," Eric said cautiously, wondering if she'd take the bait. "I'm too high up here. If you help me, we'll have a pact, and I won't kill you until the others are dead."

Annabeth snorted. "You got yourself up there, you can get yourself down." Annabeth leapt high onto a Ionic column a few columns over.

"Well, it's easier climbing things, especially when you're in an adrenaline rush," Eric explained. "What are you doing?"

"Having fun, what else?" Annabeth said sarcastically.

If only I had a bow, Eric thought. He looked down to the ground far below him and back up at Annabeth. "Now isn't really the time for that," he told her warily. He then decided to slowly go down the column by hugging it and sliding.

"God, your a moron." Annabeth rolled her eyes and easily reached Eric.

"Wha-!" Eric fell backward as Annabeth got to him. "I'm harmless!"

Annabeth gripped his arm and swung him onto her back. She slid down easily and set him down. "Sure you aren't."

"I really am harmless!" Eric panicked and struggled to get back up. "I'm not fooling anyone."

Annabeth scoffed and ran at the other lion, beheading it with her long sword in a single, graceful swoop.

"Well, stop showing off," Eric raised an eyebrow then gripped his sword tightly.

"Not a chance," Annabeth said, sweetly.

"Yeah, well, you have other contenders to worry about," Eric smirked, thinking of ways to get rid of her.

Eric looked at Annabeth in her eyes, then took her hand out of his will to survive. When he shook her hand, though, the audience started booing. It was a sure sign that something interesting was gonna happen soon. "Well, there goes are chance of staying alive," Eric felt his heart pumping from anxiety.
