RIP Jack

Shortly before this book was released, Jack died of a heart attack while staying with family in Maine. Many of us in the hockey, writing, and home rink communities were touched by this man, though a large majority never met him in person. So as you read this, I ask you to remember a great father, friend, writer, and most of all, hockey fan. May he rest in peace in the land of pristine outdoor rinks, where you never have to shovel.
