On October 22nd, Snuff and G. take a tour of a variety of exotic places. I found this section so tedious I drifted off several times while reading it. However, I might have found it more fun if I'd recognized any of them. Have you been to Dylath-Leen? Can you recommend a guidebook to Iquanok?

The dream world is based on H. P. Lovecraft's novella The Dream Quest of Unknown Kadath, another wink to horror and fantastic literature.
I thought that much more than the dream was based on Lovecraft - the Elder Ones were too, weren't they?
This section was very boring to me and just totally didn't match up with the story. I began skimming through.
