42.~I Do (But I Don't)~Cara Lockwood
Cute! I could totally relate to the character of Lauren to the point that it' scary. I loved the author's writing style and I felt that the storyline moved along smoothly. Definitely going to read other books by this author!
43.~Reincarnation~Suzanne Weyn
This was a beautifully told love story that takes place over the course of thousands of years. It starts in Prehistory, where a young women and man cross paths and fight over a green gem they both find in a cave, and the fight leads to their early death. They are both reborn again, this time during the early times of Egypt, and again in Greek times, the Salem Witch Trials, The Civil War, Pre-war Paris, the Civil Rights Movement of the 60's, and finally present day. Each time the are reborn their lives at some point intersect, and their love for each other grows stronger and stronger. The twists in life fight against them, fate always reunits them. Even if you don't believe in reicarnation, it's still a haunting story of how love can withstand the test of time.
44.~A Company of Swans~Eva Ibbotson
A sweeping story about a girl named Harriet who grows up in 1912 Cambridge, under the harsh rule of her strict and conservative father and aunt. When offered the opportunity to dance ballet with a Company that is going to perform overseas in the Amazon for the rich, Harriet sneaks off and finally follows her hearts wishes. There, free from the restraints of her father, her love of dancing grows while she also falls in love with a British exile. The beginning of the story that takes place in England is slow, but after Chapter three the book really takes off. Loved it!!!
45.~PrepCurtis Sittenfeld
Eh. I had higher hopes from this book, especially since I loved the author's other book. I just found the book completely monotone, even parts that were suppose to be dramatic and climaxing were well, boring. Really disappointed in this book.
46.~What I Know Now~Various Authors
This was an amazing book! It's a collection of letters written by famous women. The women look back on their lives and write the letters to their "past selves" at points that had a profound part of their path in life. My favorite part comes from a letter Trisha Yearwood wrote....."know God has a plan for your life. Turn your life over to him everyday. Stop looking outside yourself for validation and apporval-you're letting other people define your happiness. Instead of trying so hard to manipulate life, take care of yourself on the inside. Then all those other attributes you're so desperately sekking will find you naturally." Great book!!!! Very inspirational:)
47.~I Did (But I Wouldn't Now)~Cara Lockwood
Cute book! Not as good as the first book about Lauren, but still fun to read about Lily's life. Lily's character is shallow throughout most of the book, but does somewhat grow up towards the end. I loved how the author brought Lauren back into the story towards the end:)
48.~The Secret Garden~Frances Hodgson Burnett
A classic childrens story I've always wanted to read....very magical and cute....loved it:)
49. ~Love, Rosie~Cecelia Ahern
This was a touching story about a childhood friendship between Alex and Rosie that spans decades. Both Alex and Rosie have feelings for each other, but fate and time keep them apart. One of those great friendship turned love story

Marjorie Hart
I loved this book! It was the true story of Marjorie Hart and her best friend Marty. The girls took a summer off from college and went to live in New York City for the summer, and became the first two women to work on the sales floors of Tiffany and Co. Marjorie goes through some important times in history during those three short months in New York, and what she acomplishes there changes her for a lifetime. Great read!
