This story takes place in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she is going to visit her dad for the first time. The main character is a girl named Kristina who is a straight A student and wants to meet her dad because she's about to graduate. The part of the story that I read Kristina just gets to New Mexico and meets a boy named Adam and she turns into another girl, and named her Bree. Kristina's primary conflict is ultimately with herself and the person she is turning into to make this boy like her. Personally I think that Kristina should have completely stayed herself and she wouldn't be getting into all the stuff that's starting to happen to her.
