Starhunter?

I just found this entire series, starring Michael Pare, for $5 at Target. Has anyone seen it?

Yep, I bought it for the spaceship on the cover. Didn't even know MP was in it. (Btw, they had each season of Due South for 5 bucks too, but I already had those.)

I don't know which was first, Starhunter or Firefly. I only discovered the latter last year, I think.

The dvd set I bought of Starhunter has 22 episodes. I can't wait to see them!

I flippin' loved Starhunter 2300! It's a continuation of Starhunter where the son is looking for the father (instead of the other way around in the first series) and it's an awesome series with a romantic thread throughout (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-VG4s7...) between Callie and Travis and sorta between Marcus and Percy. I really wish it continued. The producers are on Facebook and they ask for viewer interest now and then so they can see whether to finalize the series as a tv show or movie. I'm really hoping they can reunite everyone for a finisher. It was an awesome series with a great theme by Peter Gabriel.

Plus, Callie rocks and kicks butt hehe! I noticed similarities to Firefly as well and they each have their own personality which really makes the show. I believe the first Starhunter was first followed by FF later. Perhaps Whedon may have been somewhat inspired by the space pirates of SH. :-)

I still haven't had the chance to watch the show. I have the Dvds and am just waiting for time.
