Combining book

Hi - my book - Nate Rocks the World is listed with 3 editions - one print, one kindle & one epub. Is there a way I can combine them into one listing so that the reviews will show up for all three?

They are combined - all amazon covers have been removed

Is the cover for the kindle the same as the others?

For future: From the book page, upper right hand corner where he other editions are, there is a link "Combine" use this, select books to be combined and use combine button
