My book's sales channels linking

Hi guys!

I was wondering how to link my book with it's various sales channels. When I hit the "buy" button the system only finds it on Amazon.

Available at Amazon, do you have the paperback edition specifically listed elsewhere that should be showing?

Kindle Edition ASIN B005FA2YS6
Amazon gives their Kindle Editions a number specific to their site, because of that this edition will not bring up other sites.

Nook Book BNID 2940011444869
I just pulled this edition off of B&N. Nook Books are given BNID numbers specific to B&N. Like the Kindle Editions, these will not be searchable elsewhere.

I don't use Apple I-Books or Kobo, so I'm not sure how those work.
