There is a customer copy of the paperback cover for 'D' available on Amazon:

Also, the 1995 paperback was published by HarperCollins, not Angus & Robertson (This is also an error on Amazon.)

Hi Kim,

Heaping favor on favor, two questions:

1) How do I get my author profile populated here: http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...

I have a photo and short bio you could use here: http://marcusgibson.co/?page_id=422

2) There is also a second author named Marcus Gibson, with a business title ("Bootstrapping Your Business...") I realise a search is going to always show us both. However, is it possible to separate the two author profiles?
