willaful I hope someone can answer this question. I'm reading an e-arc from netGalley and noticed a small continuity error. It would be quite easy to fix. Would it be appropriate to inform the publisher? I can't find anything relating to this in the FAQ.

willaful Well, I just noticed the author is on GR, so I sent her a message about it. Hope that was an okay thing to do.

Cassie McCown (cassie629) | 713 comments I think it's fine as long as you were polite about it :-). Most authors want to know if they've missed something in editing!

Oh yea, most of the books on netgalley haven't been released yet, and they may have time to get it corrected before the deadline. That was a super cool thing to do! :)
