Ari walked down the hallway, eyes flashing warily from side to side watching for her enemies.

Ari looked at the end of the hallway and saw Jared. her arch nemisis.
"Great." she muttered angrily, turning quickly and walking away the other way fast. She didn't wanna get in another fight today. She almost ran into Alec.
"Sorry!" she squeaked.

Ari rolled her eyes. She knew Alec was trying to impress her. But she grinned as he walked toward her. Jared was a jerk no matter who neat him up. Her fist clenched and unclenched as she remembered her fight the day before with him when she had almost broken his nose.

Ari shook her head and glared at Jared. "He's not worth it." she sighed.

Ari glanced up at him, then at the clock.
"I gotta get to class." she muttered and aruptly turned around and walked away and into language arts. she sat at her desk in the back of the room and began to draw in her notebook.

Ari sketched out a wolf outline and then began to shade in the colors and shadows on her paper, not looking up.

Lori watched Ari sketch a wolf a couple of desks away. She put her own textbook away and lay her head on her desk, wishing she could fall asleep and reawaken somewhere else.

Lori squinted her eyes. She had just seen Alec open his notebook and look at something... odd. Then he put it away, but she knew there was something strange. Hadn't she seen that sketch before somewhere? Wierd... she couldn't remember where.

Ari didn't look up, only continued drawing her wolf. Now she began to sketch the forest around it. One day she hoped to be as good of an artist as the mystery person who drew all her favorites. Alot of them held girls that looked exactly like her.

Ari looked up, slightly irritated, but all her annoyance went away when she noticed the picture.
"Hey! where did this come from...?" she murmured, picking it up gently with one hand and studying it.

Ari thought for a moment.
"It does..." she said, smiling. she had this drawing in her backpack already.
"Sure." she told Alec. what was he hiding....?

Ari lpoked at the clock then shrugged. "Sure I guess." she told him.

Ari followed. "So whats this about?" she asked, leaning against the wall.

Ari cocked her head slightly. "Huh?"
He was Dustin Carvak?! No, it wasnt possible. She crossed her arms.
"Prove it." she ordered, looking him straight in the eyes.

Ari raised an eyebrow as he walked away. But then she looked down and flipped though the journal. These were all of Dustin's pictures! All her favorite pictures!
"Wow..." she murmured.

Ari abruptly shut the journal. she whipped her head up, glaring at Alex.
"I cant believe you didnt tell me!" she snapped, shoving the journal to him and storming back into class, just as the bell rang.

Ari sat in class, listening boredly to what the teacher was saying. her mind was still on Alec. Why couldnt he have trusted her?! the jerk! she could feel her eartips turning hot with anger.
