It's gone, but for whatever reason it merged with the Kindle edition, even though the paperback had more adds. Grrr....
I think the other edition needs to be deleted on this one... I had just merged them and then realized the other edition has no information on it, no isbn or format. The other edition had a review which is why I merged it in the first place. Was that the wrong was to do it?http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/46...

The other edition had a review w..."I've deleted it. You should always combine (what you are calling merge) like editions even if one is bad, just in case there are reviews on the bad edition. That way when it gets deleted the reviews go to the right edition. So yes you did it right :)

the first one has the ISBN written as ASIN
the second has no record and I believe to be a double.
both are the same books with the most popular edition.

we should separate the editions to be merged before asking for deletion, except when the doubles are with the most popular (most rated) edition. otherwise the reviews of the deleted books will goes automatically to the most popular edition, which should be avoided (especially for translated books). we don't want people wondering why their shelved books suddenly changed edition, do we?. :)

Got it Lobstergirl. If everyone could go ahead and separate the editions that need deletion with the ones to merge with if it's not the most popular edition, it would be greatly appreciated :)
I wasn't sure what to do about that one since one was a canadian edition and was listed as Cloth. and the other was a hardback.

Hardbacks used to be bound using "cloth over boards", i.e. a fabric material was wrapped around the boards to create the covers. Collectors (still) often refer to these as "cloths". I believe most modern hardcovers are just paper over cardboard. :)
Wendy I cannot delete the book as it is saying you are the author. If you wrote it you should be able to delete it. :)
Guys, this shouldn't be deleted yet. Wendy, I see you have it reviewed but there is one other person that has it marked as to read. I'd wait for rivka to pop in here to say if it can be deleted or not. If a book is out of print or hasn't been published, we generally don't delete it as it has reviews.
