Since this is my first time creating a book I'd really appreciate it if you could point out mistakes!!
Here are the websites I used for sources for looking up the book's details:

You can not enter the same ISBN for multiple books, but I would add a Librarian's Note to the ebook version so that people know that it is a legitimate version without an ISBN number. It's not necessary to do so, but whenever I add a book without an ISBN number I like to add a note about why, just so no one else thinks its an erroneous edition to delete. :)
On the edit book page above title there is a link titled "add a librarian note." Click there and a box will come up. I would add something like Independently Published PDF Ebook with no ISBN.
The page numbers are fine.
For the publisher... I don't know that we have a strict policy on independently published books. I would probably put the author's name as the publisher, but I suspect Independent Publisher works fine as well.
There are 2 editions for this, paperback and ebook. Because it's self-published, both of them have the same number of pages (the ebook is a PDF, no other versions exist) and the same ISBN. The most info I could come up with on the publisher was "Independent Publisher", which isn't the name of the publisher when I googled it - seems to me that it's on the copyright page for no other reason than looking more professional.
My question is, for both editions, should I keep the same values for the fields ISBN and page number? As for the publisher field, I don't like to leave it blank, but I'm hesitant about putting Independent Publisher in it. Thanks!
